Scope of Work The project involved comprehensive civil engineering works, including: * Construction of internal access roads with asphaltic concrete surfacing * Grading, compacting, and stabilization of road substructure * Design and installation of open and covered drain systems for stormwater management * Culvert construction at road intersections and discharge points * Sidewalks, kerbs, and road demarcations to ensure orderly vehicular and pedestrian movement * Integration with site masterplan to allow for utility corridors and future expansion

Description

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) engaged O. K. Isokariari Nigeria Limited for the Construction of Internal Roads and Drainage System at the Nigerian Oil and Gas Parks Scheme (NOGAPS) site in Emeyal-1, Bayelsa State. This vital infrastructure project supports the Board’s vision to promote in-country value addition and build world-class industrial parks across the oil and gas regions of Nigeria. The Emeyal-1 NOGAPS site is strategically designed to accommodate manufacturing entities and service providers within the oil and gas sector. Our contribution was focused on delivering a robust network of access roads and an effective drainage system to enhance site operability, durability, and investor readiness.
