Scope of Work Our responsibilities on the project included: * Full structural construction of the hotel complex, including foundations, concrete framework, columns, beams, and slabs * Masonry and blockwork for all 65 rooms and common areas * Electrical installations, including conduit piping, wiring, switchboards, lighting systems, and power distribution * Installation of earthing and lightning protection systems to ensure building safety * Coordination with other service contractors to align mechanical and plumbing installations with structural and electrical layouts

Description

O. K. Isokariari Nigeria Limited was engaged by 4E Limited for the construction of the structural and electrical scopes of a 65-room hotel project located in Finima, Bonny Island, Rivers State. This initiative forms part of a broader drive to bolster hospitality infrastructure in the oil-rich Bonny Island, supporting both business and leisure activities in the area. The hotel’s design includes a modern architectural style with well-planned accommodation spaces, recreational facilities, and supporting utilities. Our scope of work focused on delivering the foundational and utility infrastructure critical to the long-term durability, safety, and operational efficiency of the facility.
